Ada Ruth Leininger, 72, of Denver, PA, died Sunday, May 3, 2009 at Fairmount Homes, Ephrata, PA. Her husband, Paul W. Leininger, died August 19, 2003. Born in Rehrersburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late Levi B. and Emma A. Sensenig Gibbel. She was a member of Cocalico Church of the Brethren and a Sunday School teacher and Deaconess. She was a graduate of Bethel High School and enjoyed reading, sewing, crafts, and volunteering in church and community activities.

Surviving are 5 children: Victor G. (Lorraine Weaver) of Quarryville, Reverend Kenneth G. of Denver, Jay M. (Nerissa Mattar) of Lebanon, Roxanne S. (Calvin R.) Good of Akron, PA, and Sarah J. (Gregory S.) High of Elizabethville, PA; 16 grandchildren; and sisters: Mary Kathryn (Clair W.) Graver of King of Prussia and Nancy Anne (Kenneth) Rogers of Lebanon.

Funeral Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Cocalico Church of the Brethren, 225 S. Cocalico Rd., Denver, PA 17517. Interment in adjoining Kurtz Cemetery. Viewing Wednesday 6-8:00 PM at the Roseboro Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver, PA, and at the church on Thursday from 9-10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her church or Hospice of Lancaster County, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
