I have entered the birth & death dates shown on the headstone.

However the "Illinois, Deaths and Stillbirths Index, 1916-1947 about Anna Wilkins" shows the birth dates as: 22 Jan 1871 and the death date as 8 Aug 1947 with a burial date of 10 Aug 1947.

I believe the correct dates are: Birth: 22 Jan 1871 Death: 8 Aug 1947

In support of this, the 1900 U. S. Federal Census record shows her birth as Jan. 1871. The 1910 & 1930 Census shows the birth year as 1871. The 1920 Census shows abt 1872 & 1940 Census shows abt 1871. In addition Lovicy Anna has a brother, Richard, born March 1869, therefore she could not have been born in January 1869 as shown on the headstone.

Given the "Illinois, Deaths and Stillbirths Index, 1916-
1947 about Anna Wilkins" shows a burial date consistent with the death date of August 8, 1947 and the cemetery of Bell, I believe this to be the correct date.
