Miss McCormick is survived by her mother Deborah McCormick & father Max McCormick, brothers Max Wayne II, Clay Cordell & Johnathon, all McCormicks, sisters Tina Dale Chavero, and Tami McCormick and a special aunt Carolyn Wright.
Visitation will be Tuesday 10-11am with funeral service to follow at New Life Assembly of God, Wahneta. Burial at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
