Adolph Fred Reinhart, 67, retired construction worker, died early Sunday morning, November 6, 1966, at Virginia Gay hospital following a long illness.

He was born May 12, 1899, at Millersburg, a son of Walter and Anna Smith Reinhart, and married Mabel Grimm in 1920.

In 1960, he was married to Hulda Hite of Vinton. He was a veteran of World Wars I and II, a member of the VFW and American Legion post of Vinton.

He is survived by his wife; seven step-children, Harold and Don Hite and Mrs. Burl Abernathy of Vinton, Bill Hite of Dysart, Ralph Hite of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Evelyn Moller of Durant and Mrs. Grace McDaniel of Waterloo; four sisters, Mrs Lillian Mathews of Homestead, Fla., Mrs. Mabel Martenson of Chicago, IL., Mrs Pearl Bruinsma of Muskegan, Mich., and Mrs. Margaret Leve of Washington, DC., and one nephew, Walter Reinhart of Millersburg.

He was preceded in death by one son. Funeral services will be held at 1.30 p.m., Tuesday at the Fry and Holland funeral home with Rev Jerald Swinton of Millersburg in charge. Burial will be in Zion Reformed cemetery at Williamsburg with graveside military rites conducted by George G. Luekey Post No. 57 of Vinton.
