Canajoharie, Nov. 28.—Charles H. Jones, a well known resident of this town, died yesterday afternoon at 3:20 o'clock at his home near Marshville, after a year's illness of anemia. He was born in Charleston June 1, 1860, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jones, but practically all his life has been spent In this vicinity, where he was employed as a carpenter. He is survived by one son, Herbert, of this village, one daughter, Mrs. Earl Brown, of Marshville, four half-sister, Mrs. Louise Krane of Olen. Mrs. Charles Hopkins of Fonda, Mrs. Charles Brittan of Oak Ridge and Mrs. Walter Wendell of Ames, also a half-brother, George Barlow, of Amsterdam. The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 o'clock at the Marshville church, the Rev. J. T. Phillips officiating. Interment will be in the Fort Plain cemetery.
