Taylor, Mr. Littleton Reese, Sr., age 78, a native of Greenville, Alabama and a resident of Bay Minette, died Saturday, October 11, 1997 at North Baldwin Hospital. Mr. Taylor was retired from the Alabama State Highway Department. He was a member and Past Master of Bay Minette Masonic Lodge No. 498, F & A.M. and member of Ella D. Chambers Chapter No. 26, Order of the Eastern Star.
He is survived by two sons, Littleton Reese Taylor, Jr., Dallas, Texas and John Elbert Taylor, Bay Minette; two daughters, Mary Taylor Scarborough, Rochester, MN, and Myrtle Taylor Johnson, Bay Minette; nine grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Fred Taylor, Mobile; and four sisters, Lena Taylor, Hawaii; Nell Reagan, Houston, TX; Ruby Callahan, Schriever, LA; and Fannie Cross, Greenville.
The family received friends Monday, October 13, 1997 from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements were by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette, Alabama.
