Mr. Shawn Adkins, age 38 of Cotter passed away Saturday, October 18, 2008. Shawn Adkins was born July 12, 1970 in Mountain Home to Tillman and Carolyn Ann (Rodden) Adkins. He worked in construction, most recently as a foreman. Shawn loved camping and fishing, especially with his children.
Shawn Adkins is survived by 3 children: Justin, Angel, and Megan Adkins all of Mountain Home, his parents, 3 brothers: Randy Adkins (Betty) of St. Joe, Michael Adkins (Florence) of Mountain Home and Mark Adkins (Angie) of Paragould; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mr. Adkins will be 2-4 PM Saturday at Roller Funeral Home with a "Gathering of Friends and Family" service at 4:00 PM. Burial will be private. The family requests that no flowers be sent. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
