Sandra "Sandy" was the daughter of Gerald and Grace (Hook) Mooney. She married Richard A. Lyon on May 7, 1955, in Chillicothe.
Surviving are her husband, Richard; two daughters, Julia Lyon of Phoenix, Ariz., and Cynthia Schadt of Peoria; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Juanita Swanson of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Shirley Lewis.
There will be no services. Sandra donated her body to the Anatomical Gift Association of Illinois.
