Mary Beth Meyers Maynes, 50, passed away Dec. 29, 1995 at her home of a brain tumor.

Born September 10, 1945 at the Army Air Base, Camp Kearns, Utah to William S. Jr. and Fay Williams Meyers. Married Melvin Dennis Maynes on November 21, 1987 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mary enjoyed her children and her grandchildren, Bear Lake, horses and life. She worked as a beautician for 14 years and was in great demand. But her main love was her family. She was an outstanding wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother.

Survived by her husband; daughters, Molly (Mark) Pettriess, Kathleen Kavanagh; parents; granddaughters, Meg Ann Kavanagh, Teresa Marie Pettriess and Kamille Whiting; brother, Bill Meyers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 3, 1996, 2 p.m. at Butler 20th Ward, 1435 East 7200 South. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St., and Wednesday 1-1:45 p.m. at the church. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
