Mr. Thomas Monroe Carlisle Jr., 36, was pronounced dead on arrival at Singing River Hospital Saturday.

A resident of this area for 30 years, Mr. Carlisle resided at 4203 Jamica Ave. He was employed with Coast Industrial Contractors and was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Teresa Jane Carlisle of Pascagoula; one son, Thomas M. Carlisle III of Pascagoula; his mother, Mrs. Mildred B. Carlisle of Pascagoula; four sisters, Mrs. Josephine M. Brinkerhoff of Salt Lake City, Utah; Mrs. Pearl M. Hali of Schenectady, N.Y., Mrs. Mary E. Voupilainen of North Hollywood, Calif., and Mrs. Louise M. Evans of Salt Lake City, Utah; one brother, Joseph L. Carlisle of Pascagoula, aunts, uncles and other relatives.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete with O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home in charge.
