Billy Ray Biggs Sr.,66, died March 10, 1999, at Merle West Medical Center in Klamath Falls. Cause of death was not given.

Mr. Biggs was born in Kentucky to Billy and Alice Biggs. He received his General Education Development and served as a master sergeant in the Air Force. He was a crew chief jet mechanic.

He married his wife, Velma on Dec. 31, 1954. He loved fishing, especially with his wife on the Rogue River, where he caught the state record black crappie in 1978. Mr. Biggs was a life member of the Disalbled American
Veterans.

Survivors include his wife,Velma Biggs of Klamath Falls; daughter and son-in-law, Vickie and Al Hillard; son, Billy Ray Biggs Jr.; granddaughter, Mandy; grandsons, Raymond and Charlie; and great-grandson, Cody McCall Donnelly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
