Mrs. Ingrid Anderson of Almelund died Monday, April 27 after only a few days of illness at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Anderson. She had attained the age of 76 years, 11 mo, and 4 days.
Funeral services were held at the Almelund church last Friday afternoon with the Rev. C. E. Slatt officiating. Mrs. Melford sang two songs. Burial was made in the church cemetery by the side of her last husband, Olof Anderson, who passed away May 19, 1928. Pallbearers were: Emil Johnson, August Johnson, Arnold Johnson, Swen Berg, Edward Berg, and John Berg. Left to mourn is her daughter and son in law, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Anderson. She also leaves other relatives and a group of friends in the Almelund vicinity.
The deceased was born at the parish of Tiving, Blekinge, Sweden, May 23, 1859 and came to America in 1881. She came to Chisago County in the year of 1887 and has been for many years a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Almelund.
