Mrs. Delia D Pheanis aged 56, wife of Omer N Pheansis, died Sunday night at the family home in Anderson where they have lived for 15 years. They are former residents of Cicero.
The body will remain at the funeral home of Evans & Godby until 10 a.m. Tuesday when it will be taken to the Waltz mortuary in Anderson. It will remain there until noon Wednesday when it will be removed to the Lutehran church in Cicero and lie in state from 1 p.m. until the hour for the services at 2: 30 p.m. REv. Ernest Mullendore will officiate Interment will take place in the Cicero cemetery.
Mrs. Pheanis is survived by the husband and the following children, Mrs. Opal Trubeblond, of Dayton, Ohio; Ralph Pheanis, of Tipton, Wayne and Omer Jr of Anderson and Richard at home. There are also living six grandchildren, her mother, Mrs. C.B. Scherer of Cicero and three brothers, Fred, Dewey and Frank Scherer, and a sister, Mrs. Mabel Bright, all of Cicero.
