"New London, Wis. - Dr. August Borchardt, 62, who had practiced medicine for 23 years, died Sunday of a heart ailment from which he had been suffering for three years. For the past several years he had been associated with his son, Melvin, in the Borchardt clinic. Born in Caledonia, Waupaca county, Dr. Borchardt was graduated from Marquette university. Surviving are his widow; three sons, Dr. Melvin and Elmer of New London, and Reuben of Milwaukee, and one daughter, Mrs. Curtis Coe, Philadelphia."
