Jeremy was a son of Harold Yutzy Jr. and companion Pamela Bowman, Meyersdale, Pa., and Deborah Yutzy and companion Danny Tressler, Meyersdale. He was preceded in death by one grandfather. He passed away as the result of a motorcycle accident.
He was a correctional officer for WCI, Cresaptown.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his companion Jennifer; three stepdaughters; one brother; his paternal grandparents; and his maternal grandparents.
