Terry F. Montgomery, 55, of Newbern, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Methodist Hospital North.
He was a retired millwright, a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the DAV.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Klutts officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.
The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Montgomery of Newbern; three sons, Terry "Tee" Montgomery of Finley, Timothy Montgomery and wife, Michelle, and Travis Montgomery, all of Newbern; a sister, Doris Gamez of Nauvoo; three brothers, David Montgomery of Bogota, Mike Montgomery of Viar and Tommy Montgomery of Caruthersville, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Blake Montgomery, Hunter Montgomery, Preston Montgomery, Kourage Montgomery, Turner Montgomery, Lauryn Montgomery and Maycee Seaton Montgomery; and two step-grandchildren, Brittney Haddock and Jaxon Stanley.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jason Thomas Montgomery, and a brother, Harry D. Montgomery.
Pallbearers will be Dale "Cotton" Brewer, Gary Hale, Billy Millner, Chad Millner, Michael Montgomery, Grant Montgomery, Robin Montgomery, Phillip Montgomery and Stephen Montgomery.
