Services for Virginia "Ginny" L. Barron, 59, of Longview, will be 10 a.m. today, May 1, 2009, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Welch Funeral Home.
Mrs. Barron was born August 19, 1949, in Dallas, and died April 28, at a local hospital. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She had worked at Good Shepherd Medical Center for 18 years as a registered nurse.Survivors include her sons, Chad Barron and Paul Jason Barron; daughter, Kim Barron; mother, Ann Benefield; and brother, John Dercks.
