Elsie, 87, Otterbein Retirement Community, Cridersville, died at 5:30 a.m., in St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was a daughter of Ed and Mary Caroline (Kolter) Brautigam. On Jan 9, 1943, she married John C. Ramge, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, J. David (Beverly), Houston, TX, and Willaim Howard (Betty), Houston; a daughter, Elizabeth A. (Davis) Suskind, Solona Beach, CA; two sisters, Dorothy Berg, Naples, FL, and Marjorie (Clarence) Dinnen, Jamestown; and a granddaughter, Anne Michelle Suskind, Farmington, CT.
Deceased are two brothers, Harold and Roland Brautigam.
A homemaker, she was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Wapakoneta. She was a graduate of Blume High School, Sam Houston State College, Huntsville, TX, and did graduate work in education at Texas A&M, College Station, TX. She had volunteered for various organizations.
Funeral services will be at the church, with Dr. Alex Gondola officiating.
