SOUTH BEND - Teresa Ann Hensley, 44, of Piggott, Arkansas, formerly of South Bend, passed away at 5:28 a.m. Sunday, April 26th, in her residence in Piggott, Arkansas. Teresa was born on March 6, 1965, in Niles, Michigan, and had resided in Piggott, Arkansas, since 2000, coming from South Bend. On May 11, 1981, in Lawton, Oklahoma, as Teresa Ann Hullinger, she married William L. Hensley, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Jenipher E. Hensley of Phoenix, AZ, Kandy M. Kilbreth and Samantha A. Bammerlin, both of Piggott, Ark.; a son, Perry R. Hensley of Piggott, Ark.; her mother, Frances May Runnels of Houston, TX; a sister, Tammy M. Word of Houston; a brother, Tim A. Runnells of Terre Haute, IN; and four grandchildren whom she loved and cherished. Teresa Ann was a homemaker who loved and cherished her family as they did her. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. She loved animals and loved to play computer games. The family would like all memorial contributions to be sent to 642 East Locust Street, Piggott, Arkansas, for her grandchildren. Visitation hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 1st, in Hanley & Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home, located at West Ireland Road/Indiana 23, South Bend. Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 2nd, in the funeral home, with Rev. James Hullinger officiating. Burial to follow at Highland Cemetery. The HANLEY & Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home handled arrangements and services and extends its deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to the Hensley family.
