Mrs. Jennie Ruth Prince, 67, of Shackelfords, Va., passed away in a Richmond hospital on Tuesday, December 7. She is survived by her husband, Otis W. Prince, of Shackelfords; four sons, Tom L. Kemp of Dutton, James Alvin Kemp of Shackelfords, William B. Prince of Philadelphia, and Otis J. Prince, U.S. Army; two daughters, Mrs. Etta R. Perry of Shackelfords and Mrs. Grace Marshall, of Glass; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Peter West, of Bavon; one sister, Mrs. Edith Hudgins, of Harmony Village.
The funeral cortege will leave the Foster Funeral Home, Blakes, at 1:30 p.m. on friday for a funeral service at Locust Grove Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Ray Madison, assisted by Rev. C. J. Carpenter.
Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery.
