Sarah Minerva Fowles Stewart, 95, died at Orem, Utah September 7, 1993.
Born May 31, 1898 in Fairview, Utah to Charles William Fowles and Martha Ellenor Vance. Married Lanson Claudius Stewart May 28, 1919.
She was a member of the DUP. Active member of the LDS Church, having worked in the Primary, Relief Society, and at the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Survived by a son, Closs Stewart; two daughters, Mrs. Grant (Val) Clement of Springville; and Mrs. Reed (Peggy) Mower of Fairview; 10 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Cleo Larson and Mrs. Elden (Maud) Howell.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 11, 1993 at 1 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, where friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery. Funeral directors, Deseret Mortuary.
