TOM BOEVER was born September 27, 1920, in Judith Gap, Montana, to Philip Jacob and Margaret Marie (Flynn) Boever. He passed away Monday, July 23, 2007, at the Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home in Bellevue, Nebraska, at the age of 86 years.

Tom attended school in Judith Gap and Le Mars, Iowa.

He served in the Army Air Corp during WW II and was honorably discharged in December 1945.

On December 18, 1974, Tom and Ellen L. (Gaver) Conklin were married at Fremont, Nebraska.

Tom was a heavy-equipment operator. He was a member of the operator's union in Omaha, the VFW Bataan Post No. 3304 and Eagles.

He enjoyed fishing and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife: Ruth (Foulk) Boever; brothers: Gerald, Ray, Cyril, Phil, Claude, Bernard; sister, Mary.

Survivors include his wife: Ellen of Tekamah; daughters and sons-in-law: Sharon Beaty of Bremen, Georgia, Elaine and Richard Will of Milbank, South Dakota, Evadine and Harold Uhing of Papillion, Nebraska, Tammy and Stan Klein of Omaha, Nebraska; stepson: Todd Conklin of Tekamah; stepdaughter: Laure Eccleston of Elgin, South Carolina; sisters: Peg Ames of Arizona, Germaine Schmierer and Lois Morrison both of Wisconsin; brothers: Al and Vince Boever both of Florida; seventeen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Thursday, July 26, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Country Bible Church in rural Blair, Nebraska.

MILITARY HONORS: VFW Bataan Post No. 3304 and American Legion LaFrenz Post No. 15
