Born December 11, 1923, in American Fork, Utah, to Francis O. W. and Sigrid Soderberg Carlson. Married Dolores Barnes January 31, 1947 in Salt Lake City. She died February 8, 1989.
He loved boating, camping and bowling. He was a member of IBEW Electrical Union and worked for many years as a master electrician.
Survivors, sons, Dennis L. Carlson, Murray, Utah; Ronald W. Carlson, Salt Lake City; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; sisters, Frances Green, Escondido, California; Vera Jackstein, Salt Lake City; and Vivian Chase, Centerville, Utah.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 27th, 12:30 pm, Murray City Cemetery, 5600 South 8th East. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Saturday, 10 a.m.- 12 noon.
