Joseph Clay Dickman Jr., 74, a native and resident of Bay Minette, died May 28, 1997, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. He was a clerk for the U.S. Postal Service and had served with the U.S. Marines during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Daisy M. Chastang Dickman of Bay Minette; one son, Joseph Clay Dickman III of Bay Minette; one daughter, Susan Dickman Bryan of Bay Minette; one brother, Malcolm Dickman of Bay Minette; one sister, Zora Dean Brewster of Bay Minette; five grandchildren, Joseph Bryan, Chase Bryan, Payton Bryan, Heather Dickman and Blaine Dickman, all of Bay Minette.
Services were held May 31 at Norris Funeral Home's Bay Minette with the Rev. C.J. Hogan officiating. Burial was in the Bay Minette Cemetery.
