Helen Ruth Hastings was the daughter of Delbert and Frances Nave. She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Hastings and brother Bryce Nave.
She is survived by her children; Billy B. Hastings, Phyllis Ann Hastings Stryk (Gilbert), Gary D. Hastings, Glenn E. Hastings (Paula); grandchildren, Shannon Stryk (Ginny), Meredith Hastings Owen (Randall), Brenden Hastings Pokorny (Chad); 4 great- grandchildren; her aunt, Grace Bennett, numerous cousins, niece and nephews. She was a member of Heights Christian Church since 1962. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Funeral services were held on Monday, February 9, 2009, at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel and Cemetery.
