Phillips, Norbert "Bud" Joined his loving wife, Lydia "Lee" (nee Knispek), on September 24, 2008, at the age of 87. The youngest of 18 children, he was born on July 19, 1921, to Michael and Martha Phillips. Bud enjoyed numerous hobbies including fishing, woodworking, and listening to polka music. A native of Milwaukee, Bud worked in the construction industry, retiring from Ray Stadler Construction. He served over 50 years as a member of Laborer's International Union of North America Local 113. Bud is survived by his daughters Kathleen "Candy" Phillips and Diane (Robert) Phillips, his granddaughter Tanya (Kevin) Ryan, and great-grandchildren Aiden Ryan and a baby girl to be; special friends Eileen James and Cynde Smith. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff at Library Square, West Allis Memorial Hospital Outpatient Services, Dr. Douglas Lillie, and VITAS Home Health Care for their extraordinary care. Private family services were held.
