Edgar is the son of Hugh Nicholas Craft and Mary Wright Craft, and the grandson of Pvt. James Frederick Craft. He married Lovie Roy Craft on December 28, 1904. Edgar was a photographer in Clifton Forge, Virginia.

Edgar is the brother of Philip Eakin, Essie Craig, Emma Effie, Bessie Mabel, Earl Adair, Virgin Mary, and Recie Ethel Craft.

Edgar Fulton Craft died this morning about 4 o'clock at his home in Nettleton Addition, after a week's illness.

He was born at Barbour's Creek, October 22, 1879. He came to Clifton Forge in 1914 and entered the photographic business. Prior to that he was in business in Craig county.

Surviving are two sons, Raymond and Adolphus and five daughters, Mrs. Edith Whiteside, Mrs. Opal Davis and Mrs. Rae McCoy of this city, Mrs, Gladys Long of Covington, and Mrs, Crystal Fuller of Columbus, Ohio, and 17 grandchildren. Four sisters and a brother also survive, Mrs. Vergie Craft and Mrs. Recie Wright of Covington, Mrs. Emma Hutchinson, Goshen, Mrs. Bessie Brizendine, of Barbours Creek, and Earl Craft, of Dehue, West Virginia.

The funeral arrangements are not complete but will be held some time Wednesday afternoon.
