A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, in Kern Park Christian Church in Portland for Rose Webb, who died Feb. 13 at age 88. Rose Dreiling was born Sept. 24, 1916, in Victoria, Kan.

She moved in 1942 to Portland, where she owned Rose's Beauty Nook. She volunteered for the American Red Cross.

In 1942, she married Virgil; he died in 2001. Survivors include her son, Gary; and two grandchildren.
