SUGGS, Barbara E. Age 72 of Middletown, passed away after a brief illness Thursday, April 23, 2009 while surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Elizabeth Redman; daughter Glenna Sue Redman; brother Robert Redman; sisters Mary Petry and Crystal Hosack; and the father of her children, Gordon Suggs, Sr. She is survived by 2 brothers Lester and Paul Redman; 7 children: Brenda (Rob) Howard, Theresa (Britt) Hughes, Gordon (Sissie) Suggs, Jr., Tanya (Mike) McLean, Danny (Sandy) Suggs, Rick (Laura) Suggs, and Iris Noble; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many more friends and family members. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Monday, April 27, 2009 at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, NEW LEBANON, 324 W. Main St. 45345, with Pastor Bill Walk officiating. Interment will follow at Trissel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 PM until the start of the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Hospice of Middletown in Barbara's memory.
