Joseph Lee May, 77, a resident of Talpa for the past 69 years, died at his home. On Dec. 29, 1907 he married Annie Belle Close who died in 1957. Survivors are, son, Chester May of Talpa; two daughters, Mrs. A. Lorene Price of Pearl City HI, and Mrs. Clara Martin of Ft. Stockton TX; three brothers, John May of Coleman, Alfred May of Glen Cove, and Felix A. May of Hereford TX; two sisters, Mrs. E. Pearl Titsworth of Talpa, and Mrs. S. Verluna Jones of Glen Cove; and two grandchildren.
