Kristi Lee Walker, 30, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 1999, at her residence, she was a victim of a homicide.
Walker was born Sept. 4, 1969, in Grand Forks, N.D., to Lynn and Carol Walker. She graduated from Havre High School as a proud Blue Pony in 1987.
Walker was employed at Carol's Hallmark and as a carpenter and laborer with Swank Construction and various other contractors. She also installed car stereos and did automotive repairs in her spare time.
She enjoyed her family, her dog, Nick, and her friends. She also enjoyed the mountains, listening to music, art, rose gardens, carpentry, working on cars and trucks, and Mickey Mouse.
Survivors include her parents, Lynn and Carol Walker of Havre; a sister, Julie Bergren of Havre; her grandmother, Esther Sanford of Grand Forks, N.D.; a niece and a nephew.
