Carl Edward Thomas, 72, died Friday, April 13, 2007, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville, Miss.
He was born December 29, 1934, i Warrior, Jefferson County, Alabama, to Cephus Thomas and Cora Bright Thomas.
He was of the Church of God Faith.
Services were held at the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Leonard Pratt and Bro. Shawn Weaver officiating. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
Survivors include his Wife, Lillie Mae Huguley Thomas, whom he married May 18, 1957; a Son, Carl Thomas, Jr. and Wife, Cindy, of New Site Community; Three(3) Daughters, Ellen Holder and Husband, Jerry of Lake Mohawk; Penny Thomas and Husband, Randy; and Kathy Burcham, all of Booneville; Three(3) Brothers, Gene Thomas and Wife, Marie, of Warrior, Alabama; James L. Thomas and Wife,Margaret; and Earl Thomas,
all of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; a Sister, Pat Jerrolds of Enterprise, Alabama; Five(5) Grandchildren; 1 Great Grand Child; and many Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by h is Parents; and a Brother In Law, Oliver Jerrolds.
