Timothy Lunsford, known as "Bo," died at home, at the age of 55. He resided in East Asheville, North Carolina, the son of Ann (Shope) Lunsford and Leroy Lunsford Sr. He was an Army Veteran and had served in Iraq during "Enduring Freedom", from 2003-2004. He retired from the North Carolina National Guard. He was a member of the Biltmore Baptist Church, the VFW, and the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Lunsford Sr. He is survived by: His mother and step-father, Ann Hyatt and Fred Hyatt of Fletcher, North Carolina, his wife of 33 years, Joylyne Lunsford of East Asheville, North Carolina, two daughters, Michiko Jones of Stockbridge, Georgia, and Sachiko Triplett of Barnardsville, North Carolina, and a son, Kenji Lunsford of Honolulu, Hawaii, two sisters, Tammy Pressley of Asheville, North Carolina, and Teressa Hoffman of Asheville, North Carolina, two brothers, Leroy Lunsford Jr. of Asheville, North Carolina, and Keith Lunsford of Asheville, North Caroilina, plus two granddaughters.
