Mrs. Clara May Nunley Anderton, 72, Bountiful and formerly of Elsinore, died June 11, at her home of a heart ailment.

She was born June 19, 1894, in Fairview, to John Walter and Sarah Allen Nunley. She was married to James William Anderton, April 18, 1913, in Richfield. He died Sept. 22, 1955. She formerly lived in Salt Lake City.

Survivors include sons, daughters, Ted, Centerville; Ronald, Cottonwood Heights; Ray D., Carbonville; Mrs. Bernard (Carol)Latturner, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Charles (Faye) O'Neill, Murray; Mrs. Kenneth (Sally) Huffman, Cypress, Calif.; 33 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; brother William, St. George.

Funeral services were held Thursday in Salt Lake City and burial was in the Monroe Cemetery.
