Daniel Joseph Browder, 50, of Normal died at 1:15 a.m. April 24, 2009, at his residence.
Services will be at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Bloomington. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Bloomington. Pastor John Mincy will officiate.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington.
Memorials may be made to Home Sweet Home Ministries.
Beck Memorial Home, 209 E. Grove St., Bloomington, is in charge of arrangements.
Dan was born Jan. 17, 1959, in Chicago, a son of Marshall and Francis Baker Browder.
Survivors include three sons, Mike Amaker of Florida, Rocky Browder of Springfield and Dakota Browder of Bellflower; one daughter, Cheyanne McClain of Urbana; two grandchildren, Adaleigha Browder and Ethan Browder; one sister, Kathrene Leonard; and two brothers, Robert Browder and John Browder.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Dan worked as a volunteer at Home Sweet Home Ministries as part of the kitchen staff. Dan was a big, good-hearted man and will be missed by his best bud, Mike Pritchard.
