LAWLOR---Mrs. Elizabeth C. Lawlor, aged 81, of 240 South Scoville, Oak Park resident for 20 years, died Monday morning, February 27, in her home. She had been ailing for the last three years but was not seriously ill until three weeks ago. She suffered a broken hip five weeks ago when she fell in her room. She was the wife of the late Fenton R. Lawlor, mother of Mrs. W. J. King, also of the Scoville avenue address, and Edwin D. Lawlor of 166 North Ridgeland. Mrs. Lawlor had four grandchildren. there are two sisters also surviving, who live in Ottawa, Ill. Solemn requiem high mass was celebrated Wednesday morning in St. Edmund Church; interment was in Mt. Carmel.
