Terri Lynn Hawkins age 52, died Sunday Feb. 1, 2009 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. Terri was the daughter of the late Don and Netha Dishon Burgan of Hazard KY, and was employed by Light House Products formerly The Guild House in Berea.
Terri is survived by her children Nicole Burgan and her husband Kenny Potter of Berea, and Donald Hawkins of Lexington, KY. Three grandchildren also survive Terri Kendra, Ashley and Mathew Potter.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00 pm at Lakes Funeral Home; burial will be in the Camp Nelson Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Lakes Funeral Home.
