Deacon Floyd Bradley, Sr. 79 of Moss Point, MS laid down his struggles in the life on Saturday, April 18, 2009. He was born May 8, 1929, to the union of the late Paul and Iree Simmons Bradley in Tunnel Springs, AL. He married Alice Virginia Riley. He retired from International Paper Company.
He is survived by his wife, Alice V. Bradley; three sons, Charles (Natalie) Nettles and Floyd Bradley, Jr. both Moss Point, MS and Clarence O'Neal (Reachell) Bradley, Tupelo, MS; three daughters, Middie Blake (Garylyn Bolton), Alice Agnew and Khelia Sheree Bradley all of Moss Point, MS; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Christine Bradley and Irene (John) Smith, Tunnel Springs, AL; one brother, Willie (Alice) Bradley, Moss Point, MS; two brothers-in-law, Sylvester Finklea, Sr. and John Smith, Tunnel Springs, AL; six sisters-in-law, Middie Liddell, Barnett Bradley, Mazaree Riley and Sarah Riley, all of Moss Point, MS, Annie Jewel Montgomery and Mamie Riley, Chicago, IL; a devoted senior companion Helen Segura,, Pascagoula, MS; a very devoted nurse's aide, Gwen Fountain, Moss Point, MS and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held from 10-11:00am Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church, 4912 Gautier Street, Moss Point, MS.
Funeral Services will begin promptly at 11:00am at the church with Pastor Cortez Keeton, II and Pastor Johnnie Sims, Jr., Officiating.
Interment will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Pascagoula, MS.
