Mrs. Clarence C. Baker
Mrs. Amelia Baker (nee Gotwald), formerly of Lorain, died in the Ohio Extended Care Center, Lorain, yesterday. She had been a patient there 22 years.
Born in Lorain, she had lived there and in the Elyria area all her life. Her husband, Clarence C., died in 1953.
Mrs. Baker was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church of Elyria.
Surviving are two sons, Charles E., Elyria, and Clarence, Amherst; 12 granchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and a brother, Fred Gotwald, Tiffin. A daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Shibley, two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends will be received in the Garland Funeral Home, Amherst, tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home and burial will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Elyria.
