Both are buried at Starrucca Cemetery, Wayne Co., Pennsylvania.

6. Benaiah, bon 31 July 1790 and died 11 Feb 1854 at Scott, Wayne Co., Pennsylvainia. He married Mary Whitaker 1795 - 1878.
