JEWELL KATHRYN WEBSTER ALFORD, 85, of Scott Depot, WV passed from this life to be with her Lord November 7, 2005 at Regency Place, Scott Depot, WV after a long illness. She was surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Cora Campbell Webster; her sisters, Mae Lilly, Goldie Hughes; her brothers, Charley, Roy, Simon, Arnold and Herman Webster. Jewell was a member of the Church of God and was a lifelong resident of St. Albans and Scott Depot. She was a homemaker and an avid cook.
Services were held 11:00am Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at Chapman Funeral Home, 3941 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, WV with Dr. Rodney L. Taylor and Rev. Larry Hammett officiating. Burial followed in the Pauley Cemetery, Tango, West Virginia.
