MARGARET E. LUHRING On Tuesday, April 14, 1953 at 3720 Upton st. nw., Margaret E. Luhring, the beloved wife of the late Judge Oscar Luhring. Friends may call at the Lee Funeral Home, 4th st. and Mass. ave. ne. Services and entombment in the Abbey Mausoleum, Arlington, Va. 11 a.m. Monday, April 20. Mrs. Oscar Luring, widow of the District Court justice, died Tuesday in the Washington Home for Incurables. She was 73. A native of Indiana, she had lived here 34 years. She was the former Margaret Evans. Her husband, who died in 1944, was a member of Congress, assistant to the Secretary of Labor and assistant to the Attorney General before being named to the local bench in 1930 by President Hoover. Mrs. Luhring formerly lived at the Broadmoor Apartments before going to the Home for Incurables a year ago. There are no immediate survivors. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Abbey Mausoleum, Arlington, and she will be buried there along side her husband.
