Born January 27, 1905 in Salt Lake City to John and Annis B. McKenzie. Married J. Leroy Blain, January 27, 1905; he preceded her in death in 1984.
Survived by a daughter, Merle B. Reed, Salt Lake City; four grandchildren, Robert Tew, Bountiful; Lori Tew, Salt Lake City; Stacey Bithell, Farmington; Michelle Tew, Salt Lake City; five great-granddaughters, Traci, Abby, Jana, Natalie and Whitney; one sister, Dorothy Foley.
Preceded in death by brother, Frank McKenzie.
