Melissa Rebecca Allen, 45, a native and lifelong resident of Perdido, died, Friday, Dec. 24, 2004. She attended the Fountain of Living Waters Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Joey Allen, Bay Minette; two sons, Joshua Odell (Jessica) Owens and Jonathan Lee (Randi) Owens, both of Bay Minette; her parents, Louie and Mamie Hadley, Perdido, four brothers, Roger (Wanda) Hadley, Ronald Hadley, Joseph Hadley and Brian (Miranda) Hadley, all of Perdido; three sisters, Patsy (Richard) Newhart and Peggy (Rodger) McDuffie, both of Perdido and Janice (Bobby) Williams, Atmore; one grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Joshua Levi Owens.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 10 a.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Revs. Joe Welch and Eula Price officiating. Burial followed at Bryars-McGill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Richard Newhart, Bobby Williams, Rodger McDuffie, Dale Robison, Josey Hadley and Patrick Schmidt.
Arrangements were by Eastside Chapel Funeral Home, Atmore.
