Mrs. Delores Brown Fortiscue, 79, of Southport died Wednesday, November 16, 2005, at Ocean Trail Convalescent Center.
A memorial graveside service was held Friday at Northwood Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Drew officiating.
Mrs. Fortiscue was born in Southport on September 13, 1926, and was the daughter of the late Charles Brown Sr. and Grace Jones Brown.
She is survived by her children, Becky Smith of Belhaven and Billy Fortiscue of Southport; five grandchildren, Robert Fortiscue, Darlene Fortiscue, Ami Fortiscue, Donna Skoog and Keith Smith; six great-grandchildren
