BRIAN AAMODT

Our loving son, grandson, nephew and brother, Brian Lewis Aamodt, slipped quietly back to his Heavenly Father on March 30, 1992, due to cardiac arrest at South Davis Community Hospital, Bountiful, Utah.

Brian was born January 9, 1985 to Robert Lester and Diane Checketts Aamodt of Salt Lake City.

He was loved and adored by all who came in contact with him.

Brian leaves behind many caring people, including: his parents; a sister, Melissa; brothers, Bobby, Billy and Matthew; grandparents, Victor and Margaret Checketts of Salt Lake City.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Vernal and Elaine Aamodt. He leaves behind aunts and uncles, Richard V. Aamodt, Falls Church, Virg.; Paul and Pat Boone, Portland, Oregon; Mark and Peggy Henrie, Salt Lake City; Victor L. Checketts, Jr. and Gayle Checketts, Salt Lake City. There are also many cousins and friends, who will miss his sunny smile.

The family would also like to thank the many special doctors, nurses, technicians, aides and others at South Davis Community Hospital and Primary Children's Medical Center, who loved, cared for and prayed for him over the last four years. They will never be forgotten. They were his second family.

"Brian, you are our shining light. We await a joyous reunion in a life where there is no pain."

A viewing will be held 6-8 p.m., Friday, April 3, 1992, at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray. The funeral will be held Saturday, April 4, at the LeGrand Ward, 1078 McClelland Street, at 10:00 a.m. Viewing will take place one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Murray City Cemetery.

Flowers, of course, are welcome, Brian loved them. For those who would choose to show their love in other ways, donations in Brian's name can be made to South Davis Community Hospital, Bountiful, or Primary Children's Medical Center.
