Ms. Etta Louise Cogswell, 82, of Panama City Beach, Fla., died Sunday, April 12, 2009, at a local hospital. She lived in the area for the past 38 years after moving here from Homestead, Fla.

She is survived by two daughters, Helen Hill, and husband, Ray, of Panama City Beach, Fla., and Linda Burros and husband, Ricky, of Mississippi; two sons, Donald Cogswell of Las Vegas, Nevada and David Allen Cogswell of Florida; one sister, Mattie Belle Cramer of Texarkana, Ark.; 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 17, 2009, at 2 p.m. at West Bay Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Krans officiating. Interment will follow at West Bay Cemetery. Asked to serve as pallbearers: Christopher Tucker, Michael Tucker, Joseph Rogers, Kyle Grimes, Rick Gentry and Jerry Sellers.

The family will receive visitors Thursday, April 16, 2009, from 6-8 p.m. at West Bay Baptist Church. Those wishing to extend a word of encouragement may do so at www.heritagefhllc.com
