Samantha Jeanette Mitchem, 18, died Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006, in an automobile accident in Little River.
The Stapleton resident worked at Cato's in Daphne and was a senior at Baldwin County High School.
Survivors include mother, Molly Foster of Stapleton; father and stepmother, Ricky and Sherry Mitchem of Bay Minette; paternal grandparents, Hannis and Annie Mae Mitchem of Bay Minette; two brothers, Jason Wayne Wilson of Stapleton and James Mitchem of Bay Minette; stepbrother, Charlie Johnson of Stapleton; two stepsisters, Suzanne Allen and Cheryl Brooks, both of Bay Minette.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Stapleton Church of God. The Rev. J.P. Lambert will officiate and burial follows at Liberty Cemetery in Stapleton.
Visitation begins 6 tonight at the church.
Arrangements are by Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette.
