ABLE-LEE Mrs. Jeanette Finkley Able-Lee a native of Butler County and resident of Mobile, AL born September 11, 1923 departed this life Wednesday, March 11, 2009. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Johnnie Able and her second husband, Deacon James Lee; her mother Lizzie Johnson; son Johnnie Larry Able; daughter Glenda Able; grandson Carl Jerome Able. Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory four sons one devoted Carl (Carolyn-CAREGIVER) Able, Sr.; Tommie Lee Able; Ronnie (Jackie) Able all of Mobile, AL., Wayne (Debra) Able of Atlanta, GA; one daughter, Darlene Able of Houston, TX; one sister Mary Taylor of Mobile. AL; one sister-in-1aw Cynthia Finkley Jones of Newburn. NC. One devoted great-granddaughter Jessica N. Able; two devoted grandsons Kendrick (Keena) Able of Mobile, AL.; Zachary Able of Birmingham, AL; 36 grandchildren and 56 great-grandchildren; devoted cousins Myra Gibby, James Gross, Gladys Howard; devoted nephews Glenn Michael Finkley and Bennie McGee; devoted nieces Sheila McGee and Delilah Finkley. Special Thanks to Ms. Odie Aaron, Eloise Johnson and the entire staff at Senior Companion Services, the staff of Mobile Infirmary Hospice, Dr. Marla Lambert and Dr. Lenore Rosa, Rev. David Frazier and the Revelation Missionary Baptist Church Family, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil L. Sanders, Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Hodge Jr. and staff . A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at Hodge's Chapel Tuesday March 17, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Visitation will be Wednesday March 18, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. funeral hour at Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. David L. Frazier Sr. Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Whispering Pines Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hodge's Chapel L.L.C. 701 Dr. M. L. King Jr. Ave., Mobile, AL. 36603.
