Tammy Renee' Garland, age 7, Rt. 2, died in the Bristol Memorial Hospital, Wednesday 19 November 1981 following an extended illness. She was a student at Unaka Elementary School and attended the Watauga Valley Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include her parents, Crawford and Glenda Garland, one sister, Sherri Lynn Hartman of the home, two brothers, Kendell Ray Hartman of the home, and Jeffery William Garland of Edwards Air Force Base, California, paternal grandmother, Mrs. Luthenia Garlalnd, Elizabethton, Tennessee and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Myrtle Reik, Rogers, Arkansas. Tetrick, Riverside Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
